Puppy Contract
The buyer accepts responsibility for the care of this puppy .This includes, but is not limited to : maintaining the puppy diet and at the weight that’s sensible for it size,age and breed. Regular grooming, exercise and proper training., The buyer must provide proper medical care by a qualified veterinarian as is necessary for the health and welfare of the puppy, The puppy will have the vaccinations done at seven weeks and have been dewormed at 6 weeks and also 7 weeks .The buyer must have your puppy vaccinated again at 9 weeks, twelve and fifteen and also one year to be eligible for guarantee.
Guarantee. The puppy is guaranteed until his or hers first birthday from hereditary debilitating and congenital defects and will be replaced with another puppy of equal or greater value if the puppy is found not to be able to serve the purpose for the reason purchased. This does not cover conditions due to injury or disease and under NO circumstances will cash be refund be given and no veterinarians bills will be paid once he or she leaves the seller’s possession. The request for replacement of puppy must be writing and accompanied by a veterinary report stating the health issues is absolutely and without doubt from heredity and in no way could be due to a injury, overeating , stair climbing or any other exercise.This report must be received by this puppy’s first birthday. In event this dog is diagnosed with a terminal congenital defect that would prevent the dog from being a family pet , the buyer must notify the breeder in writing within 48 hours of the diagnosis and provide a statement from (2) veterinarians ( one whom is chosen by the breeder) stating that the dog must be euthanized due to the defect of genetic origin at the buyers expense. A replacement puppy will be provided according to the conditions of replacement listed below.
Conditions of replacement : in addition to the veterinarians statement listed above, follows
1 The dog must be euthanized.
2 The dog must not have whelped or sired a litter after placement with buyer
3 The original buyer must own the dog
4 The replacement puppy will be of approximately equal quality in terms of conformation.
5 All shipping cost on the replacement puppy are done by buyer.
6 The final decision to replace the puppy and timing of such a replacement (there is no cash refunded for the puppy and only replacement of puppy) is at the discretion of the breeder. The second puppy in the event of a congenital defect would carry no guarantee.
The breeder guarantees that the puppy has had proper care to date and have been examined by our veterinarian, it is to the best our knowledge that this puppy is free from any health defects. The buyer has 72 hours trial basis, during which time the BUYERS veterinarian should check the puppy. If the Buyer is not completely satisfied with the puppy, the puppy must be returned to the breeder at the buyers expense, for a full refund of purchase price within 72 hours, notifying the breeder that the puppy is to be returned. After the 72 hour time limited there will be no cash refund. If the buyer does not have the puppy seen by a veterinarian within the 72 hours the contract will be voided.
The breeder is not responsible if the puppy contracts a communicable disease after leaving the possession of the breeder.
The guarantee is not applicable for Hip Dysplasia if the puppy has been bred, neutered or spayed, nor if the animal is overweight or over exercised The puppy will not be neutered or spayed for at least one year. Some puppies can live perfectly normal lives with hip dysplasia: the disease in that case would not be considered debilitating would not be guarantee only cripping Hip dysplasia would be guaranteed in the first year.All puppies are sold as companion pets: no guarantee is made to the disposition, conformation, size or mature weight.
The breeder is aware that there are a number of bone and joint disease, which can occur in giant breeds. While some have familiar tendency, there are nutritional and environmental factors at play. Good nutrition and proper exercise are the probably just as important in prevention of these conditions.Over exercising and trauma to the rapidly developing bodies are things to be avoided. Breeder cannot be responsible for any of these acquired diseases
